Pünktlich zu Beginn der Technikmesse CES in Las Vegas hat der dänische Spielwarenhersteller mit LEGO® Boost einen neuen Roboterbausatz für Kinder ab sieben Jahren vorgestellt. Das Set (17101) beinhaltet 843 Teile, darunter den Move Hub als Zentraleinheit, einen kombinierten Farb- und Entfernungssensor sowie einen interaktiven Motor. Dank eigener LEGO® Boost App für Apple iOS und Google Android lassen sich die fünf enthaltenen Basismodelle über eine objektorientierte Programmiersprache (kommt bereits bei WeDo 2.0 zur Anwendung) bequem via Drag & Drop steuern. Die Basismodelle können natürlich je nach Belieben erweitert, verbessert und umgebaut werden.
